Compliance-first matching between biotechs and CDMOs.

A wrong manufacturer match costs a biotech its FDA path, and the drug program with it. Intentia runs LLM retrieval with weighted compliance scoring across FDA audit history, SOC 2 and ISO controls, layered with GraphRAG over historical CDMO outcomes to predict on-time delivery probability and surface the failure modes most likely to hit a given pairing.

Inference is split by data sensitivity: on-device SLM for regulated batch records, cloud reasoning for non-confidential ranking. Activation metric is match acceptance without rematch request, a signal too downstream to game.
